We will always treat our clients with fairness and compassion. By placing your order, you agree to the terms and conditions of CELIE & COUCH. However, we reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason.

Orders are processed, packed and shipped as quickly as possible, from oldest to newest. By special request at the time of order placement (email info@celieandcouch.co.uk), we can expedite your order but additional charges may apply. Please note that at certain times of year (i.e. holiday periods) there may be a slight delay due to the volume of orders.

Should a perfume you order be unavailable, or subject to delay, CELIE & COUCH will make you aware immediately. You’ll be able to cancel the order, else wait until the perfume can be shipped.

We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX, via PayPal and Stripe secure payment in GBP (£). At this time, we regretfully do not accept any other payment methods. If there is a problem with the card provided, we’ll contact you via email.

You must provide a correct address (i.e. not a PO Box) to which your courier can deliver. CELIE & COUCH is not responsible for misdirected packages. Should your package be returned to us, you will be notified and additional shipping may be required to resend it.

Payments are processed immediately, and we endeavour to dispatch your order in 1-2 working days. Please allow 1-2 or 5-10 working days from order placement for receipt of your UK/EU order.

Should you need your perfumes by a special date, please contact us to confirm this deadline is possible. Delivery times rely on our courier so if you find your order unreasonably delayed, please email us as soon as possible.

Please note that our international shipping charge does not include import duties, customs, or additional local sale take or brokerage fees incurred. When your package arrives, you may be subject to these charges.

If for any reason any product is returned to CELIE & COUCH by customs, a 50% restocking fee and all shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Please also note your order may take longer to process, to prepare the required customs and transport documentation. All other standard terms and conditions will still apply.

TRACKED ORDERS:

If you were sent the wrong items, or your items were faulty on arrival, please Contact Us from the email you used to place your order, quoting your order number and the item(s) you'd like refunded. For reasons of hygiene, please note we can only refund you for these reasons. We’ll refund you via your method of payment, to the account you used to place your order. The refund amount should arrive within 3-5 working days.

UNTRACKED ORDERS:

Please note that we cannot refund untracked orders.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

We pay close attention to all our orders, but occasionally mistakes do happen. If you happen to receive products in error, please notify CELIE & COUCH immediately. Seal the incorrect product in its original shipping box, and we’ll action a return authorisation. The correct product will then be shipped to you, with haste and at no charge.

We recommend our 10 ml sprays or a 3 x 2ml set before trying a full bottle. Always do a patch test before first use. In the unusual event of an allergic reaction, contact a medical professional immediately.

We value your right to privacy, so CELIE & COUCH will never knowingly or willingly share your personal contact information with third parties for any reason.

User anonymity and personal information

We keep log files on all requests for files on our server. These do not hold your personal information, but do register your IP address. Your IP address will be recognised by our server automatically.

Website usage is monitored with aggregated analysis, some of which may be made available to CELIE & COUCH staff and our partners. This information will be used to measure the popularity of the site, and its typical navigation and engagement behaviour.

We will make no other attempts to identify individual users, but note the access of a web page can create a log entry in your ISP’s system. These parties, independently and beyond the responsibility and scope of CELIE & COUCH, may be able to determine your computer that accessed the page.

CELIE & COUCH will never attempt to track or identify individual users, with the exception of reasonable suspicion of an attempted (successfully or unsuccessfully) unauthorised access of our digital systems or resources.

CELIE & COUCH stores all log file information securely. Third parties are prohibited from accessing raw log files.

Use of cookies

CELIE & COUCH only uses cookies on a per session basis, or to maintain user preferences. Please note that site functionality can be affected if you do not consent to our use of cookies. We do not share cookies with third parties.

Data protection and confidentiality

Some of our site functionality (i.e. contact forms) request or require the collection of your personal information. In compliance with the Data Protection Act, it is our duty to inform you how this information is stored and used.

Any information you do submit is stored securely, never to be shared or sold to third parties.

The logos, text, images and video on this site belong to CELIE & COUCH, unless otherwise stated. They cannot be used without express written permission- request this here.

Each competition will close at 23:59pm on the designated end date, otherwise at 23:59pm 28 days from the post date of the competition.

You must be a UK/Northern Ireland resident and 16+ to enter any of our competitions. The winner(s) will be selected at random. If no number of winners is stated, assume only one winner will be selected. Winners will be contacted on the close of the competition.

Common prizes include free perfume or music as designated in the competition post, or a free bespoke perfume.

If you have won a bespoke perfume, we reserve the right to the use of your image and fragrance, to promote any competition or future collection. You will consent to any publicity generated as a result of the competition, without right to payment or further consent. You will be interviewed about your life in writing, audio recording or film, and an online scrapbook will be created about your life. You cannot take part in competitions with free bespoke perfume as a prize if you do not agree to these terms. Read here for the terms and expectations of its creation.

Employees of CELIE & COUCH, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the draw are all prohibited from entry. There is no charge to enter any of our competitions.

You will need to be subscribed to our email list to enter and remain eligible for the draw. You must also fit/follow any entry requirements stated in the competition post. competition entry. No equivalent or cash/voucher value will be awarded in lieu of prizes.

All draw results are final, and emails in this vein will be ignored.
