Our scent design service is done entirely *remotely in these 3 steps:
1. INITIAL CONSULTATION.
When you complete your order you'll be emailed a consultation form. Fill out this form in as much detail as possible. Your details will be kept confidential.
The more specific (i.e. ingredients, memories, places, emotions), the more accurately your vision will be executed.
I'll also reach out to introduce myself, and schedule a time to discuss your vision in more detail.
2. ITERATION.
Your personalised perfume will then be crafted in a series of confidential consultations.
We'll agree a list of priority and prospective ingredients. As many of these as possible will be included in the final scent.
3-5 draft samples will be formulated and posted for you to try. This is the first pass, and you you get up to three. More can be requested, but this incurs a small charge.
Pick the best among them and confirm with any requested changes. The more specific you can be (namely, the scent's structure, balance, sillage, texture and feeling) the better.
3. WEAR.
You get your exclusive perfume. Nobody else will have it.
Your perfume will be shipped to you with tracked express delivery.*In person consultations can be requested at your home. You will bear the cost of travel and any required accommodation (these costs will be itemised and for approval before booking and invoicing).
How Long Will My Bespoke Scent Take From Start to Finish?
We can craft your bespoke fragrance in as little as 4-6 weeks. For the best design (and to manage your expectations) we recommend 3 months to allow your scent to age properly.
Why Does Bespoke Perfume Take So Long?You may need time to change your bespoke scent design during production, and your scent must be independently assesed for your own safety. Ingredient supply chain issues can also delay your bespoke perfume design.

Due to the personal nature and time investment of bespoke items, refunds and returns are not available. However, you’ll approve the final scent before we dispatch it.

As part of your bespoke design, produce many variants of your design to choose from or refine. We offer up to two revisions based on your feedback to ensure the scent meets your expectations.Can I Request Specific Ingredients or Avoid Certain Allergens?
Absolutely, we will even ask this by rote for you and others in your household. During the consultation, you can specify any ingredients you'd like included or excluded based on your preferences or allergies.How Long Will My Bespoke Perfume Last?
Average Use: If you're using 1-2 sprays per application, each 50ml bottle typically provides around 500 to 700 sprays.
Daily Use: Assuming you use the perfume once a day with 2-3 sprays, a 50ml bottle would last approximately 5 to 8 months. With two bottles, you could extend this to 10 to 16 months.
Occasional Use: If you only use the perfumes for special occasions or infrequently, they could easily last over a year per bottle.

Why Is International Shipping So Expensive?
Perfumes are treated as dangerous goods because of the flammable alcohol content. Even when not alcohol based, as liquids they come under further regulatory restriction when it comes to shipping abroad.
We know it may be frustrating but most couriers won’t ship scents abroad- we had to get special permission from DHL.
The few couriers that do ship perfume abroad have extra costs to get this done. They also know there’s nowhere else for most brands to go, so can charge what they want.
